Additional Information:
When you open your video in DeVeDe, press “Adjust disk usage” no matter what percent of the disk your video is using, this will ensure you get the best quality, while still fitting your video onto the disk.
DVDs and CDs should bother be playable in any DVD player, but remember, if you’re making a CD video – The video MUST be under 80 minutes or this will not work in DVD players!
In DeVeDe under the menu options you can select your own menu background, but then must be in png format, you can open your images in paint and file>save as and then select png to achieve this.

Additional Information:
Make sure you back up any information you would not want to loose, as you always run the small risk of possibly damaging or loosing data, and I take no responsibility for that.
Also, run a defragment before you partition, this will speed it up a little, and minimize the risk of data loss.
Let the check disk run on your start up after you apply your partitions.

Additional Information: This is not the only encoding method to achieve the high quality option, just one that works for me. You can experiment, but a few things you probably
should leave the same is
a screen resolution 640 x 480 (or higher)
And a 1500+ video bit rate.
I’ve also found that you can have the Format and container set to MPEG2 and use the same resolution and bit rate, but if you’re using MediaCoder, make sure the audio is set to mp3, as when you change the format to MPEG1 or 2 it will change the audio to something that is incompatible.
Also note that the option to view in high quality might take a few minutes to show up after your video is done rendering on YouTube.
